You cannot miss S 21 ( Sor 21), S21 is killing field also as that is bigger place then Choeung Ek. you also can arrange a guide or meet local guide over there to recommend you.

Night life, In evening you could stay on cruise ship with sun set view both to romantic dinner. in the night life Phnom Penh has so many club, bar and restaurant open until early morning.you could enjoy beer with best music close to River side also.
